September is a very special month for me and I love the lights, smells and colours. Staffordshire is looking out of this world today. There is a haziness to the sunshine and warmth in the air. There are hues of oranges and yellows in the garden and lazy wasps getting lost. I still need my sunglasses but not a cardy yet and we eat green beans every day! I am looking forward to a long walk through the freshly cut meadows and over the hills tomorrow followed by more courgette soup! Not sure if it quite time for a fire this evening but it's coming....

Welcome to the new term!
