We've got a new man on the block to do our Hedge Laying Course. Alistair Hayhurst is enthusiasm and experience on legs! We have split the weekend into 2 Saturdays in Feb and March so you get 2 chances to enjoy the countryside. There will be lots of lovely food and the tuition will be second to none. What a fab skill to learn for the New Year and to take back home and use.The Quilting Course is proving popular too and I have just 2 places left. Was actually really inspired by the Kirsty Allsopp program this week reminding us not to be slaves to the High Street and have the confidence to make a gift with love!
My new kitchen is coming together nicely to - so what cakes to bake for the courses...?
